Recruiting Resources
Peer Career Advisors: Peer Career Advisors (PCAs) are fellow undergraduate students at Georgetown McDonough who can help you with all things related to your professional development, whether it be looking over your resume and helping you with interview prep, or simply sharing general advice and industry knowledge. The Peer Career Advisors offer a variety of resources for recruiting, including the weekly Recruiting Workshops, Recruiting Timeline, and Diversity Programs sheets.

- Recruiting Workshops: Each Monday at 8 p.m., the McDonough Career Center PCA team offers Recruiting Workshops to help you navigate the recruiting process. Whether you’re looking to build your technical skills for finance recruiting or learn how to prepare for case interviews for consulting, the PCA team will share their expertise and knowledge so you’re ready for the job recruitment process. Snacks are provided!
