Wellness Wednesdays

Take a break and join the Undergraduate Programs Office every Wednesday from 9-11 a.m. in Shea Commons for Wellness Wednesdays! Enjoy pick-me-up snacks and build wellness and self-care kits to help you recharge, destress, and feel your best. This weekly student-led event is your perfect midweek break – from therapy dog cuddles to delicious pastries from local businesses, you don’t want to miss it! Bagels With the Deans

Every Thursday, the entire McDonough Undergraduate Programs Office welcomes the McDonough undergraduate community for bagels and coffee. Join us in Shea Commons from 10 – 11 a.m. during the academic year!
